How does it work?
JOMILA Derma Moist Intense was developed to mimic the natural properties of healthy skin.
If you feel the skin on the inside of you forearm, you will notice a slight wax-like texture unlike the skin on the top of your arm. The skin on the inside of your forearm rarely dries out due to this natural wax-like component.
JOMILA Derma Moist Intense adds this wax-like component back to dry skin. Our formulating Pharmacist analysed several commercially-made moisturisers and found that most of them added moisture and oil to the skin, but not the important wax-like component. It is through the combination of this wax- like element together with other ingredients that add moisture and oil, that JOMILA has been able to create a a product that prevents this moisture from evaporating. When you prevent this evaporation, the skin is able to rehydrate from deep within the lower layers of the epidermis. As a result, the upper layers of the dermis remain soft and moisturised.

How to use
Apply a small amount and massage into skin three times a day initially, then use as often as required. For best results avoid hot water and soap.

Olive Oil
Olive Oil is one of nature’s great hydrators. It is rich in the essential fatty acids that dry skin needs, including Oleic, Palmitic, and Linoleic Acids. Olive Oil contains antioxidants that help to protect skin from the damaging effects of the environment.
Glycerin
Derma Moist Intense includes Glycerin as a ‘skin-identical’ moisturiser: a moisturiser that has properties nearly identical to the skin’s own natural moisture. Glycerin is also a humectant, which helps your skin to hold onto its own moisture by binding to water. This helps to prevent skin from drying out.
